Glossary

Accumulated Volume
Product purchases accumulate as volume in all upline active business centers. This includes volume from product packages, SAC monthly payments and product purchases.
Active Member
Member who made their regular SAC monthly payment to keep their SAC current.
Enroller
Member who personally recruited a new member (and received the wholesale profit).
Group
Downline members under a member’s business center, organized into a Left Team and a Right Team. The member him/herself does not count as part of the Group.
Group Requirements
1: Qualified business Center 2: Payment of SAC when due
Personally enrolled
Member directly recruited the person and was paid the wholesale profit on product package purchase, irregardless of where in the binary under whatever sponsor the new member is placed.
Qualified Business Center
Member has introduced two new members who bought a product package each, and who were placed one on the member’s left, one on the member’s right (or on the member`s right and then left).
Sponsor
Member who is immediately (directly) upline to another member.

Global Wealth Trade Corporation (GWT), with its two designer lines, Feri and Feri Mosh, has quickly become one of the leading members of fine and fashion jewellery. Our marketing plan is based on value for the end customer, with strong support for the GWT member. The result is a unique Variable™ Business Plan that encompasses the best of traditional and direct sales, and therefore allows our members a much greater opportunity for success.

GWT can be your vehicle to financial freedom and a lifetime of satisfaction through helping others. To become a member, a person submits an Application Form and selects a product package. Each package offers Shopping Account Credits (SAC) or points, which members use to purchase product at their preferred price.

All funds are in US dollars.

When buying product, in the event Members select a product of lower value than the amount of points in their SAC, then the product cost will be deducted from their SAC and the balance will remain in their SAC. If the product value is higher than the amount in their SAC, they simply pay the difference at the time of purchase.

All the products purchased are shipped as per the Policies & Procedures.

GWT determines the Fair Market Value of its products by an independent appraisal system through an authority and independent laboratory well-recognized in the jewellery industry. This independent appraisal provides our Members with confidence in the value of the GWT product. GWT studies have shown that its pricing policies are competitive with retail companies in the jewellery industry.

OUR SALES APPROACH

  1. Retail customers can order directly from the online galleries by using members’ websites to access GWT’s vast inventory of designer fine and fashion jewellery.
  2. Our Members can also use personal inventory of designer fine and fashion jewellery to sell to customers.
  3. The company prepares the jewellery and ships them properly packaged directly to the end customer.

Commissions and bonuses are paid weekly, and payments are processed two weeks after the qualifying week.

PRODUCT PACKAGES

Each package includes the business startup kit and product inventory (SAC). The starter kit is sold at cost and includes distributorship, annual fee, website and shopping cart, and business-in-a-bag. Product inventory can be used for personal purchase or buying items for resale.

RETAILER

A person can also apply to join as a Retailer (Retail member). This does not include any product purchase, and therefore no SAC points for the Retailer and no volume added upline. Such position will be placed for the purpose of the Variable™ Compensation plan. However, it does not count towards qualifying a sponsor’s business center and there is no wholesale profit paid nor any volume for upline.

A retailer can earn retail profits and wholesale profits (see Variable™ Business plan below). Volume can be accumulated provided the monthly SAC payment is made, however commission will not be paid until this position is upgraded to Gold. Such upgrade can be made by paying in full for a Gold package at any time. Alternately, a retailer can choose to apply their monthly SAC payments towards an upgrade to Gold by stating such intention in writing to the GWT Head Office.

VARIABLE™ BUSINESS PLAN

The income you receive from GWT will be in direct proportion to your ability to retail GWT’s products to your customers. GWT also provides additional earnings opportunity based on your ability to build an organization of people who, like you, retail to their customers and build an organization of people who, like them, retail to their customers, and so on.

These people may be interested in buying jewellery at wholesale from their own store, or they may be interested in a business opportunity that offers residual income. Residual means you do the work once, and get paid over and over again; like an author, singer or movie star.

GWT introduces the industry’s first VARIABLE™ BUSINESS plan. With GWT, a member can earn using any one, or all, five ways:

  1. Retail profits
  2. Wholesale profits
  3. Team Commissions and Residual
  4. Business Development Bonus
  5. Incentives

1. RETAIL PROFITS - up to 350% retail profit

As a member, you have your own website which provides your customers access to the online product catalogue and shopping cart. Simply refer people to your website, and get paid the retail profit when they order products.

As a member, while not required to do so, you may also wish to carry some inventory for re-sale through retail outlets, on the internet or other channel such as trade shows and home parties.

2. WHOLESALE PROFITS - $150 per new package sale

As a member, you receive the wholesale profit as each new member who you referred joins and buys a product package. You can refer any number of people, and each time you receive the wholesale profit as they purchase a product package.

GROUP REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for payment of commissions and bonuses, a member must meet group requirements:

  • Qualify your business center by introducing two new members who buy a product package each; you choose one new member to head your left team and the other member to head your right team.
  • Add to your SAC account every month – goes in full towards product purchase at your preferred price. (see SAC - Accumulating Investment)

SAC - ACCUMULATING INVESTMENT

In order to benefit from the group commissions and bonuses, a member must contribute toward their SAC (Shopping Account Credits every month. The full amount of this money goes towards product purchase at the member’s preferred price; monthly requirements are:

GOLD ($75) TITANIUM ($75) PLATINUM ($150)

For example, if you join as Platinum you start with $3,000 in your account for product purchase at your preferred price. Each month you add $150, so after 6 months, you would now have $3,900 for product purchase at your preferred price – you are accumulating money toward an investment in fine jewellery.

In addition to being able to spend the entire amount on jewellery at their preferred price, this investment also qualifies a member’s business center to accumulate product sales volume created by their Group (Left Team and Right Team).

GWT introduces the world’s first Variable™ Compensation binary system. The Variable™ Compensation plan plus the Business Development Bonus and Incentives ensures that members are paid up to 70%.

3. TEAM COMMISSIONS - up to $10,000/week/business center

VARIABLE™ COMPENSATION plan (see below)

As a member, on meeting the group requirements, your business center will accumulate volume as sales are created in your entire group from:

  • Product package sales
  • SAC monthly accumulating investment (toward product purchase)
  • Other Product sales

For every $3,000 in accumulated volume, with at least $1,000 in each of your two teams, you are paid up to $300. (See VARIABLE™ COMPENSATION plan below)

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BONUS - unlimited

Matching bonuses are paid to qualified members on Team Commissions on their first two generations. Personally-recruited members are your first generation (you were their Enroller and received the Wholesale Profit), their personally-recruited members are your second generation.

Gold members:5% matching bonus on 1st Generation
Titanium members: 5% matching bonus on 1st Generation
Once you have personally enrolled 9 people, 10% on 1st Gen.
Platinum members: 10% matching bonus on 1st Generation
Once you have personally enrolled 9 people, 5% on 2nd Gen.

5. INCENTIVES - special rewards

The Company reserves two percent of world-wide revenues of package sales for incentives, bonuses and other rewards.

VARIABLE™ COMPENSATION PLAN

With the Variable™ COMPENSATION plan, every $3,000 in accumulated volume, with at least $1,000 in each of their two teams, members are paid up to $300.

Once you become a member, you have your own business center (Platinum members get three business centers) and are able to develop your left and right side sales teams. Attend training for strategy options.

As an active member, each time you accumulate Group volume totaling $3,000 with at least $1,000 in the Left Team and at least $1,000 in the Right Team, you earn a Group Sales Commission (“cycle”).

This is not a 2/3-1/3 binary plan, neither is it a 1/2-1/2. GWT pays if your volume is anywhere within that RANGE. It does not matter which Team is stronger.

A Group Sales Commission pays up to US$300 (Gold members up to US$150). This is calculated daily and paid weekly.

Product purchases in your Group accumulate volume in your active business center:

FROM PRODUCT PACKAGE SALES

Each Platinum in your downline group generates $3,000
Each Titanium in your downline group generates $1,000
Each Gold in your downline group generates $100

FROM monthly SAC - RESIDUAL

Each Platinum in your downline group generates $150 per month
Each Titanium in your downline group generates $75 per month
Each Gold in your downline group generates $75

FROM PRODUCT purchase other than above

  • Volume on wholesale cost of extra product purchases.

Team Commissions are not restricted by levels - commission on sales volume is paid out equally to all. Commissions are capped at a maximum of $10,000 per week per business center, and in any case cannot exceed 60% of revenue. This ensures that people at the ’top’ are not paid out at the expense of others. It also protects the company to ensure that your business will be around for a long, long time.

To protect your business, to promote group activity and to ensure that members’ hard work is recognized, the following cap limits apply:

  • $104,000 per year
    2 personally-enrolled members - earn up to $ 2,000/week
  • $208,000 per year
    5 personally-enrolled members - earn up to $ 4,000/week
  • $312,000 per year
    10 personally-enrolled members - earn up to $ 6,000/week
  • $416,000 per year
    15 personally-enrolled members - earn up to $ 8,000/week
  • $520,000 per year
    20 personally-enrolled members - earn up to $10,000/week

Carry-Over Volume

This is a very important feature of the GWT Variable™ Compensation plan that allows the members to carry over unused sales volume to following weeks without losing them. Volume can accumulate without any limits. In order to carry over volume, members must contribute to their SAC every month.

If a member misses one month SAC payment, then all accumulated group volume will be permanently flushed. To start accumulating volume again, the member simply starts making their monthly SAC payments again.

Once you become a member, you have your own business center (Platinum members get three business centers) and are able to develop your left and right side sales teams. Attend training for strategy options.

Because the plan pays you on your entire Group sales (Left Team and Right Team) no matter how deep it may grow, you can be earning Group Sales Commissions multiple times each day.

Let’s assume you have accumulated $10,000 in your Left Team and $500 in your Right Team, and a new sales volume of $1,000 occurs in your Right Team - someone somewhere in your Right Team joins as a Titanium. When the new sales volume is added to your Right Team, you now have $1,500 in your right leg.

The software takes $1,000 from your Right Team accumulated volume, matches it with $2,000 from your Left Team accumulated volume — and you get PAID. And you still have $8,000 left in your Left Team accumulated volume, and also have $500 left in your Right Team accumulated volume.

This process will repeat itself over and over again as you and your Group continue to grow your business and your income.
